Well Luke didn't get the university of Phoenix job I guess there is something better out there for him. He is thinking about looking into the FBI and being a linguist. Did anyone else have a hard time trying to figure out what to do with life. Poor guy it's gotta be hard. So keep him in your prayers. We are trying to decide if we should stay in this apartments or not. Too many decision I want to be a kid again. Ok maybe not I don't think I would want to live my teenage years again. Aubrey has been having really bad temper tantrums lately any advice. She has figured out how to climb on the counters with no stool. She is not afraid of anything. So when she appears on Fear factor I am not going to be surprised. :) As for Emily she has been up for the last 3 nights crying or just being fussy until about 12:30. Just really gassy I guess. During the day she does great. Will the madness ever end. So luke is pretty much done having kids at this point. Hopefully he will change his mind, I am sure it is just talk of frustration. Anyways thanks for listening,
We will survive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amy and Luke, I totally understand your frustrations. I remember when Kevin had graduated from college and we moved down to Pomerene. We decided to move from Mesa because in his job he was going to be transferred, we had drug dealers that lived next door to us, and he had just graduated so we didn't really have a reason we wanted to stay in Mesa (except that you lived there). Kevin said, "I want to raise our boys in Pomerene. Why don't we just move down to Pomerene?" So, we moved down to Pomerene when I was 5 months pregnant with Matthew, (Andrew was 3, Jacob was almost 1). Kevin had NO job, had moved me away from my friends, we had no home of our own. I was very frustrated for the first little while. But you know what, it worked out beautifully. I was very frustrated for a while, but everything worked out. It was a wonderful experience to live with your parents, and they have been so kind and helpful to us. Our children know their grandparents so well. Kevin was able to find a job and he has been in the same job for 5 years. We were able to save money so that we could afford a home. It is in those moments of frustration and stress that make us stronger. Keep on praying and have faith.Pray together as a couple and talk to each other about what you want to have happen in your life. Things are going to work out wonderful for you. When you live the gospel, you will be blessed. When I look back at the time in our life when Kevin graduated, I am so glad we made the decisions we did. Kevin and I grew closer to each other and made decisions together. The decisions we made were hard at times, but I would not change what we did for anything. Moving to Pomerene on faith was the best decision we made for our family. I'm not saying to you "move to Pomerene", but whatever decision you two make together, prayerfully, it will work out beautifully. I think that after we pray we think we need to have this "lightning bolt experience" to know that it is right. I do not feel that is how life works. You just feel at peace with your decision. As for children climbing on counters and sleepless nights with babies, remember to "enjoy the moments". Believe me, I know how frustrating parenthood can be at times. Aaron has not been sleeping well, either. He is doing better now that the thrush has almost cleared. Enjoy all the crazy little things children do. It is entertaining, but very exhausting. I look back at all of the crazy things our children have done and laugh. Our kids love to hear stories about themselves when they were little so I am able to draw upon those memories of furniture climbers, hanging from ceiling fans, playing tarzan with the shower head and braking it, I could go on and on. It was frustrating at the time, but now it is a ?cherished? memory. Just love those little ones and teach them. They learn by watching us so we all need to be on our best behavior. We love you so very much and will continue praying for you. Remember the Lord is mindful of you and loves you, and will bless you. He knows what is best for you. Sometimes, the Lord's will isn't at first how YOU think it should be, but it always turns out to be the best plan for your family when you look back. Love you lots. The kids say HI! They love to look at all the pictures of your family. We've got to figure out how to do that. Take care!
Thank you so much for the advice. I am feeling a lot better today. You know what you said about the kids and the memories you are totally right. I love hearing stories of things I did when I was a kid. Thanks for helping me just enjoy Aubrey and Emily. And as for Luke's job I know the lord has a plan for us. So we are going to continue to be patient and keep looking for a job. He is feeling a lot better as well. Thanks again!!!
